Disclosed is an alternating current LED soft lamp strip based on FPCs. The alternating current LED soft lamp strip comprises a power source (4) internally provided with a control circuit, a soft lamp strip connected to the power source (4), an installation clip (2) used for installing the soft lamp strip and a tail plug (3) located at the tail of the soft lamp strip and used for plugging the soft lamp strip. The soft lamp strip comprises at least two lamp bars (1) formed of extrusion moulded FPCs and a first connecting piece (6) for connecting the adjacent lamp bars (1). The lamp bars (1) are composed of shells (20) and FPC soft boards (21) embedded in the shells (20). LED lamps (22) are installed on the FPC soft boards (21) and the LED lamps (22) are electrically connected to the control circuit through power lines on the FPC soft boards (21). Gaps exist between the LED lamps (22) and the shells (20). The portions on the lamp bars (1) that are connected to the adjacent lamp strip are further provided with power line connectors (4). The present soft lamp strip solves the problem that the environmental adaptability of an existing LED product is poor due to the fact that the structure and the size of the LED product cannot be adjusted after the product is delivered from a factory.
