Abstract:
Provided is an aluminium alloy which obtains material that has adequate heat resistance and tensile strength for automobile components and that is resistant to stress corrosion cracking. Also provided are a forged component forged from the aluminium alloy and a high-strength bolt made from the aluminium alloy. The composition of the aluminium alloy (mass ratio) contains Si at 1.0-1.7%, Fe at 0.05-0.5%, Cu at 0.8-1.5%, Mn at 0.6-1.2%, Mg at 0.9-1.5%, Zn at 0.05-0.5%, Zr at 0.05-0.3% and V at 0.01-0.2%, and if required can include Ti at more than 0% but no more than 0.05%, and if required can also include Ni at more than 0% but no more than 0.7%, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities.
