Description:
TITLE - Aluminium Operatable Louvres

PREAMBLE OF INVENTION- This invention in particular describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION - The invention relates to system of aluminium profile louvers.

PRIOR ART-

In the existing system as given in European Patent Application EP0908596, wherein, the said invention provides a rolling door for mounting in connection with a door opening in a wall, e.g. in a storehouse, a cold store or the like, comprising two frame posts for mounting at the sides of the door opening, a roller arranged uppermost between the two frame posts, a door leaf of a flexible material, preferably a curtain which is secured to the roller at one end and is provided with a boom at the other end, guide means for guiding the boom during rolling up and down of the door leaf about the roller to open and close the door, and hoisting means for rolling the door leaf up and down, said guide and hoisting means being slid ably arranged in their respective slide tracks in a frame profile, which exhibits a mounting face for the frame profile on the opposite side of the slide tracks disposed in parallel. Also a frame profile therefore is provided. The resulting rolling door is extremely compact and therefore just requires relatively modest installation space, just as the rolling door of the invention is comparatively noiseless in operation and is not very costly in operation and manufacture.

[i] In the existing system as given in European Patent Application EP1516994, wherein the said invention relates to a Door system, in particular a folding and/or sliding door system, comprising: one or more girder profiles of extruded material, wherein a girder profile is provided with a recess for receiving one or more door panels; one or more upright profiles of extruded material, wherein an upright profile comprises at least one wall in which there is provided a longitudinal groove intended for attaching a fixing element; one or more fixing element, wherein a fixing element is suitable for fixing a girder profile at a random position on the upright profile, a fixing element comprising: a support surface; a protrusion which extends from the support surface and which is formed to be received in said longitudinal groove, wherein the protrusion has a first part with a width which is at most equal to the longitudinal groove width, and has a connecting second part with a width which is at least partly greater than the width of the longitudinal groove for the purpose of enclosing the protrusion in the longitudinal groove.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION - Traditionally, modern louvers is composed of vinyl or, like the original louvers, of wood. A louver is a specific type of shutter, blind or window which is characterized as having a specific kind of slatted opening. Louvers are as much practical as they are aesthetic, since the slats are designed chiefly to keep unwanted elements out of the home/commercial establishments. The inventor has invented an innovative aluminum operatable louver for shutters and windows with spring action function that cannot be opened manually and works like a safety grill.

STATEMENT OF INVENTION- The inventor has invented aluminum operatable louvers with spring action function that cannot be opened manually. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION-

Accordingly, in one aspect, this invention relates to an innovative aluminum operatable louver for shutters and windows with spring action function that cannot be opened manually and works like a safety grill. Operatable louvers provide weather protection when open and the ability to close the blades when airflow is not required or desired.

A louver is a specific type of shutter, blind or window which is characterized as having a specific kind of slatted opening. Louvers are as much practical as they are aesthetic, since the slats are designed chiefly to keep unwanted elements out of the home/commercial establishments/garage/shops.

The most notable feature of a louver is its slats. A louver has horizontal or vertical slats that are designed to maximize the amount of air and sunlight that may enter into its adjoining room. However, the angles of the slats are constructed so that rain, direct sunlight and noise can be minimized and kept out of the adjoining room. Slat angles can usually be adjusted in shutters, blinds or windows.

The origin of the louver can be traced back to Middle Ages. Louvers started as makeshift constructions that were built into holes found in kitchen roofs. They were usually composed of scrap material like from a barrel. People constructed louvers to simultaneously block unwanted rain and snow and allow for kitchen ventilation. As the popularity of the louver grew, construction methods became more intricate. Pottery constructions with designs mimicking the human face caught on and some louvers in the Middle Ages were created so that smoke and other debris could leave through the designs' eyes or mouths. Louvers in the Middle Ages that weren't fixed could be opened or closed using a string that was connected to the structure. Dwellers could pull on the string each time adjustments to slat angles needed to be made. In the same way, modern louvers may be open and shut using levers or another similar mechanism. Metal levers can be commonly found oh louvers that are composed of glass or another delicate material. Typically, however, the modern louver is composed of vinyl or, like the original louvers, of wood. While louvers are generally thought to be part of a window, other uses for them exist. Louvers can be added to a closet or dressing room door to increase privacy. They can also be constructed to help with a home's heating and air conditioning ventilation system. Though louvers are still in use today, modern architects are more apt to use them as a technical device rather than a primary one. Some architects purposefully use the louver to accent or add an extra aesthetic element to an otherwise practical design.

Shutters are used for many purposes, from practical to decorative. They are available in an assortment of styles and constructions to suit specific needs. They are made from a variety of materials, including metal, steel, vinyl, plastic and wood. Some shutters are strictly used for aesthetic purposes as part of an interior or exterior design plan, while many other styles are used to protect residential or commercial property from the elements or from storm damage.

Aluminum operatable louvers shutter has 15 X 15 mm M.S. Bar fitted inside louvers, wherein height of Louvers blade is "88 MM". It can be coloured with Powder coating as well as coloured anodize on both side (Interior and Exterior) with Different colour. Also, aluminum operatable Louvers window can be made (10'00"Ft X 10'00"Ft.) in biggest size. Aluminium Louvers Profile can be made in two different colours. Alternatively Aluminum Louvers Profile can be attached with Glass. This Window design is vision able due to make with partly glass and partly aluminum.

Aluminum Louvers Profile fitting system in frame. It is working with spring action system. This cannot be opened manually by hand. It works like Safety Grill. Though there is no need to fix extra safety grill.

Aluminum Louvers Profile Operating System is made by joining one by one slider rectangular parts chain system; in the centre of the Rectangular parts Mounting knob is attach in the middle of the M.S. Pin. Each mounting knob is joined with Flat Bars. This helps to operate the Aluminum Louvers Profile.

Aluminum Louvers Profile Frame is covered by partly rectangular parts in chain system. With this cover system inside operating system cannot be seen.
