Abstract:
Disclosed is an aluminium substrate cutting and shaping apparatus with an atomising cooling device, the apparatus comprising a base (1), an upright (2), a workbench face (3), a moving mechanism (4), a cutting device (5), and an atomising cooling device (6), wherein the workbench face (3) is provided above the base (1), the upright (2) is perpendicularly fixed on the base (1); the moving mechanism (4) is mounted on the upright (2); and the cutting device (5) is fixed on the moving mechanism (4), the cutting device (5) comprises a driving electric motor (51), a fixing stand (52) and a milling cutter (53), the driving electric motor (51) being fixed on the fixing stand (52), and an output shaft of the driving electric motor (51) being connected to the milling cutter (53). The apparatus can automatically spray an alcohol onto the milling cutter and the aluminium substrate in real time by means of a cooling spray device, such that heat produced by abrading the two is timely dispersed, reducing the occurrence of broken blades, reducing the probability of burrs on the edges of a finished aluminium substrate, while also being able to clean aluminium shards staining the milling cutter, to efficiently prepare for the next aluminium substrate to be milled.
