Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an aluminum (Al) alloy for an anti-collision beam of an automobile, which is mainly composed of the following components in percentage by mass: Si 0.7-0.9%, Mg 0.7-0.9%, Cu≤0.1%, Mn 0.5-0.7%, Fe≤0.35%, Zn≤0.1%, Cr≤0.1%, Ti≤0.1%, and the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities, the content of the unavoidable impurities being less than and equal to 0.15%. Accordingly, also disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for the aluminum alloy for the anti-collision beam of the automobile. By implementing the present invention, an Al alloy with high strength, strong toughness, and stable internal structure can be obtained.
