Abstract:
Provided are: an aluminum alloy brazing sheet which has good brazability and maintains high corrosion resistance after brazing; a method for producing this aluminum alloy brazing sheet; and a heat exchanger.
An aluminum alloy brazing sheet which comprises a core material and a brazing filler material arranged on at least one surface of the core material, and which is characterized in that: the core material is composed of an Al-Mn system alloy or an Al-Mn-Cu system alloy; the brazing filler material is composed of an Al-Si-Zn system alloy containing 2-8% by mass of Si and 1-9% by mass of Zn; the liquid phase ratio X (%) of the brazing filler material at the brazing temperature and the brazing filler material thickness Y (μm) satisfy the following formulae (1)-(3), (1) 30 ≤ X ≤ 80, (2) Y ≥ 25 and (3) 1,000 ≤ X × Y ≤ 24,000; and the average length of α phases remaining in the brazing filler material on the core material after brazing is 80% or more of the thickness of the remaining brazing filler material and/or 70 μm or more. A method for producing this aluminum alloy brazing sheet; and a heat exchanger.
