Abstract:
An aluminum alloy brazing sheet provided with: an aluminum alloy core containing 0.3-1.2% by mass of Si, 0.1-1.5% by mass of Cu, and 0.3-2.0% by mass of Mn, the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities; an aluminum alloy brazing material with which one surface of the core is clad, the aluminum alloy brazing material containing 4.0-13% by mass of Si and the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities; and an aluminum alloy sacrificial anode material with which the other surface of the core is clad, the sacrificial anode material containing 1.0-8.0% by mass of Zn and 0.5-1.5% by mass of Si and the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities; the total number density of Si-containing intermetallic compounds and Si units having a particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 µm present in the sacrificial anode material being 1×103/mm2 to 1×106/mm2. Through the present invention, an aluminum alloy brazing sheet can be provided that has excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue characteristics even in a heat exchanger such as one in which cooling water flows in an alkaline corrosive environment, and that is suitable for an automobile heat exchanger such as a radiator or a heater core.
