Abstract:
Provided is an aluminum alloy brazing sheet used for brazing in an inert gas atmosphere without using a flux, wherein a brazing material is clad on at least one surface of the core of the aluminum alloy brazing sheet, and an oxide containing one or at least two among Mg, Li, and Ca is formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy brazing sheet by brazing heating, with a volume change of 0.990 or less with respect to a surface oxide film prior to brazing heating. The aluminum alloy brazing sheet is characterized in that the atomic molar ratio of Mg, Li, and Ca to Al in oxides formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy brazing sheet prior to brazing heating is 0.50 or less. According to the present invention, an aluminum alloy brazing sheet having excellent brazing properties for brazing in an inert gas atmosphere without using a flux, and a method for manufacturing same can be provided.
