Abstract:
Provided are: an aluminum-alloy clad member that has high corrosion resistance and high moldability; and a heat exchanger using same. The aluminum-alloy clad member is provided with a core and a sacrificial anode member clad onto at least one surface of the core, the core comprises an aluminum alloy containing 0.050-1.50 mass% (hereinafter notated as "%") of Si, 0.050-2.0% of Fe, and 0.50-2.00% of Mn, the sacrificial anode member comprises 0.50-8.00% of Zn, 0.05-1.50% of Si, and 0.050-2.00% of Fe, the crystal grain size of the sacrificial anode member is at least 60 μm, and in a cross section along the direction of rolling of the core, R1/R2 is no greater than 0.30 where R1 (μm) is the crystal grain size in the direction of plate thickness and R2 (μm) is the crystal grain size in the direction of rolling. Further provided are a method for producing same and a heat exchanger using the cladding.
