Abstract:
The purpose is to provide an aluminum alloy conductor having satisfactory electrical conductivity and tensile strength and excellent bending fatigue resistance.
This aluminum alloy conductor has a recrystallized grain structure in which the surface area ratio of crystal grains each having face (111) located in parallel with a cross-section vertical to the rolling direction is 40% or more, and also has a crystal grain diameter of 1 to 30 μm in a cross-section vertical to the rolling direction of a wire material when the conductor is made into the wire material.
