Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an aluminum alloy die casting mold surface deburring treatment device, comprising a grinding kettle, a bottom frame, and a motor. Four bottom frames are mounted at the bottom of the grinding kettle; the motor is mounted inside the bottom frames by means of a mounting frame; a transmission rod is mounted at the output end of the motor; a magnetic disk is mounted on the top of the transmission rod; magnetic blocks are mounted on the top of the magnetic disk; a processing chamber is provided in the grinding kettle; a polishing fluid is placed inside the processing chamber; a magnetic needle is placed at the bottom of the interior of the processing chamber. In the present invention, the magnetic blocks are mounted on the top of the magnetic disk, the magnetic blocks are driven to rotate at high speed by the magnetic disk, so that a high-speed rotating magnetic field can be generated, and the high-speed rotating magnetic field is used to guide the magnetic needle in the processing chamber to perform high-frequency impact on the aluminum alloy die casting mold in the medium of the polishing liquid to achieve the effect of removing burrs, and thus, the removal of burrs of workpieces of different shapes can be achieved, the use range of an apparatus is expanded, and the practicability of the apparatus is improved.
