Title:
ALUMINUM ALLOY FOIL FOR ELECTRODE CURRENT COLLECTOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/146369
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an aluminum alloy foil for an electrode current collector having high electrical conductivity, high raw plate strength, and high strength after a drying step. The present invention provides an aluminum alloy foil for an electrode current collector, characterized in: containing 0.1-0.5 mass% Fe, 0.01-0.3 mass% Si, 0.01-0.2 mass% Cu, and no more than 0.01 mass% Mn, the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities; having a tensile strength of at least 230 MPa; having 0.2% proof stress of at least 190 MPa; having conductivity of at least 55% IACS; and having tensile strength of at least 160 MPa and 0.2% proof stress of at least 140 MPa after heat treatment when heat-treated for one hour at 180°C.
