Abstract:
This aluminum alloy foil has a composition that contains less than or equal to 0.5 mass% of Si, 0.2-2.0 mass% of Fe and 0.10-1.5 mass% of Mg, the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein the ratio of the length L1 of the high-angle grain boundary and the length L2 of the low-angle grain boundary per unit area, measured with backscattered electron diffraction, satisfies L1/L2 > 3.0.
