Provided are an aluminum alloy housing and a preparation method therefor. An outer surface of the aluminum alloy housing has a protruding portion and a recessed portion. The protruding portion has a protruding portion oxide film, and the recessed portion has a recessed portion oxide film. Each of the protruding portion oxide film and the recessed portion oxide film possesses a surface gloss of 90-150 gloss units.
