Abstract:
An aluminum alloy comprises a composition comprising the following elements in percentage by mass: 0.60% to 1.2% of Mn, 0.05% to 0.20% of Si, 0.05% to 0.5% of Fe, 0.15% to 0.45% of Cu, 0.05% to 0.30% of Zr, 0.05% to 0.30% of B, 0.05% to 0.20% of Ti, and a remaining part comprising Al and other unavoidable impurities. A micro-channel aluminum flat tube made of the aluminum alloy and a manufacturing method thereof, and a heat exchanger are also provided.
