The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet having excellent workability and corrosion resistance and a method for manufacturing same and, more specifically, to an aluminum alloy-plated steel sheet which prevents the generation of microcracks, which are generated upon hot forming, and is superb in terms of seizure and corrosion resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor.
