Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of alloys, and in particular, to an aluminum alloy, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The aluminum alloy provided by the present invention comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 0.10-0.18% of Cu, 0.33-0.38% of Fe, 1.05-1.10% of Mn, 0.06-0.18% of Si, 0.10-0.20% of Mg, 0.04-0.07% of Zr, 0.03-0.05% of Cr, Ti≤0.03%, and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities. The mass ratio of Mn to Fe is (2.8-3.2):1. The total content of Mn and Fe is less than or equal to 1.45 wt.%. Embodiments indicate that the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy provided by the present invention is 182-200 MPa; and a product obtained after extrusion or cold drawing has a smooth surface and good extrusion and cold drawing properties, and is suitable for a thin-walled square housing profile.
