Abstract:
An aluminum alloy vacuum pouring device includes a high pressure chamber (3). Several pouring openings(17,18, 14,43) are positioned on the top of the high pressure chamber (3). Cylinders (16, 15) are mounted on one side of a pair of pouring openings (17,18, 14, 43). Plungers of the cylinders (16, 15) are connected to rods (19, 32), and the rods (19, 32) are connected to lids of the pouring openings (17,18, 14, 43). Rails are positioned on the base of the high pressure chamber (3). The rails include fixed rails (21) and active rails (29,22). The active rails (29,22) are connected to rotating shafts (39,36) respectively, and the rotating shafts (39,36) are connected to cylinders(24,38) by the rods respectively. The aluminum alloy vacuum pouring device performs the automated operation, and achieves the pouring in the vacuum condition.
