Abstract:
An aluminum-based lithium ion sieve, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The aluminum-based lithium ion sieve is AI(OH)3-coated Li2SO4·2AI(OH)3·nH2O, wherein n is 1-4. The preparation method comprises: using a reaction between a lithium salt and an aluminum salt and a base to obtain an adsorbent intermediate, LiOH·2AI(OH)3·nH2O; then passing same through dilute sulfuric acid, to obtain an aluminum-based lithium adsorbent, Li2SO4·2AI(OH)3·nH2O; and filtering and washing the adsorbent, and then mixing same with meta-aluminate, and then adjusting the pH to obtain AI(OH)3-coated Li2SO4·2AI(OH)3·nH2O. The aluminum-based lithium ion sieve has the advantages of a high adsorption capacity and good stability, can efficiently recover low-concentration lithium in industrial wastewater, and is coated with aluminum hydroxide, such that the structure can be effectively ensured not to be corroded.
