Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of batteries; and specifically relates to an aluminum composite current collector, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method for the aluminum composite current collector comprises the following steps: providing a copper foil surface-plated with an aluminum metal layer, and a polymer material thin film; and respectively bonding two faces of the polymer material thin film with the aluminum metal layer on the surface of the copper foil, hot pressing same, and then peeling off the copper foil, wherein regarding the hot pressing, the pressure is 50-100 MPa, the temperature is 40-60ºC, and the pressing speed is 30-50 m/min. The aluminum composite current collector has relatively high tensile strength and elongation, which is conducive to improving the extrusion resistance and impact resistance of a battery.
