Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aluminum conductive member that has outstanding cost performance, and outstanding reliability over long periods of time due to high corrosion resistance. Provided is an aluminum conductive member in which a conductive film is formed on the surface of an aluminum material comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy, wherein the aluminum material has a film formation surface in which there exists substantially no aluminum-material secondary-phase particles observed on the surface of the aluminum material that has the equivalent circular diameter of 0.1 µm or greater, and in which the maximum surface valley depth Rv of the film formation surface is 0.1-1.5 µm, and the aluminum conductive member is obtained by forming a dry conductive film with a thickness of 0.1-2 µm on the film formation surface by a dry process.
