Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aluminum continuous melting furnace, and more particularly, to an aluminum continuous melting furnace that is capable of continuously melting a material (ingot, etc.) for manufacturing a product using aluminum, allows the material to be easily discharged and used, uses a thermally insulated door to maximize thermal efficiency, and ensures safety. The aluminum continuous melting furnace according to the present invention exhibits the effects in which the presence of the thermally insulated door prevents heat from escaping even when heating with a burner or discharging molten metal, the thermally insulated door is installed on the upper portion of a raw material loading chamber such that the raw material can be safely supplied, operation is simple because only a melting furnace and a melt storage chamber rotate, while a tower does not rotate, when discharging the molten metal, the components are simplified, and heat is preserved and thermal efficiency is excellent because the upper portion of the melting furnace is left open by the thermally insulated door even while the melting furnace is rotating.
