Abstract:
An aluminum extrusion process relates to heating a billet to an extrusion temperature to push the billet through an extrusion mold. Since various types of products can be manufactured with one machine, various materials are used. Aluminum, which is most commonly used among the materials, is an electrical conductor, has a small specific gravity and therefore is used in automobiles, ships, railways, etc., and has strong corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and is harmless to a human body and therefore is used in various fields. The present invention relates to such aluminum extrusion and, to an aluminum extrusion mold cooling system for extruding aluminum by supplying liquid nitrogen through a mobile or outdoor storage system to improve cooling efficiency of the cooling system.
