Abstract:

A solar powered thermal reduction metal device. The device comprises a solar power collection and solar heat conversion system and a thermal reduction system. The solar power collection and solar heat conversion system comprises: a solar power collection device (1), a solar power concentrating device (2), and a solar power transmission device (3) or a solar heat conversion and transmission device. The thermal reduction system comprises: a metal reduction chamber (15), an electric field and/or magnetic field generating device (15-3), and a separation and cooling device (15-4). The solar power collection and solar heat conversion system transmits light or thermal energy to the metal reduction chamber to decompose a metal oxide. A decomposed product is then separated using an electric/magnetic field effect and then cooled to collect a liquid state metal. The device further comprises a residual heat collection and reutilization system. The invention directly uses solar heat decomposition of a metal oxide to improve energy utilization, achieving significant prevention of environmental pollution and resource waste. The invention has excellent potential for future applications.
