Abstract:
An aluminum plate extrusion apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a preheating unit for preheating, by a predetermined temperature, a billet having a quadrangular cross-section; a cutting unit for cutting the billet into a predetermined length; an extrusion unit for extruding the billet into a plate having a plurality of hollows formed therein; a transport unit for transporting the billet to the extrusion unit; a first cooling unit for cooling the plate; a flattening unit for flattening the plate; and a guide unit for pulling and moving the plate in the progressing direction of extrusion. The flattening unit comprises: a housing unit; an upper roll unit and a lower roll unit which are installed in the housing unit and which each comprise a plurality of rollers; and a drive unit which drives at least one roller of the lower roll unit. The plate is flattened by passing between the upper roll unit and the lower roll unit.
