Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aluminum precursor synthesization system and an aluminum precursor preparation method using the same and, more specifically, to a novel aluminum precursor synthesization system and an aluminum precursor preparation method using the same, the system enabling a solvent supply part, a raw material supply part and the like to be integrally connected to a reactor and a difference in the internal pressure of the system to be regulated by using a pressure control part, and thus raw materials, a reaction solvent, and the like, which were conventionally difficult to handle, can be systematically supplied, thereby resultantly enabling the production of an organo-metal aluminum precursor ink.
