Title:
ALUMINUM REFRIGERANT TUBE CONNECTION STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/028055
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aluminum refrigerant tube connection structure and, more particularly, to an aluminum refrigerant tube connection structure configured such that tube expansion portions of an aluminum refrigerant tube and an inner sleeve are expanded to be bent twice, and the tube expansion portion of the refrigerant tube is tightened, without rupturing, by fastening a fastener and a connection body. The aluminum refrigerant tube connection structure according to the present invention comprises: a connection body, which is a tube body having a through-hole formed at the center so as to penetrate the same in the longitudinal direction, which has a bolt portion formed on the outer surface thereof, and which has an inner pressurization surface formed in a tapered shape, the outer diameter of the inner pressurization surface gradually decreasing from the front of the bolt portion towards the front end; a fastener, which is a tube body having a through-hole formed at the center so as to penetrate the same in the longitudinal direction, a nut portion being formed on the inner surface of the fastener and screw-coupled to the bolt portion of the connection body, and an outer pressurization surface being formed in a tapered shape, the inner diameter of the outer pressurization surface gradually decreasing from the front of the nut portion towards the front so as to correspond to the inner pressurization surface of the connection body; an aluminum refrigerant tube having a tube expansion portion formed in a tapered shape, the diameter of the tube expansion portion increasing towards an end, such that the same is fitted between the inner pressurization surface and the outer pressurization surface; an inner sleeve having an outer surface inserted into an end entrance of the aluminum refrigerant tube so as to contact the inner surface of the aluminum refrigerant tube, an inner gasket portion being formed on an end portion of one side thereof and expanded so as to correspond to the tube expansion portion of the aluminum refrigerant tube; and an outer sleeve, into which the end portion of the aluminum refrigerant tube is inserted such that the inner surface of the outer sleeve contacts the outer surface of the aluminum refrigerant tube, an outer gasket portion being formed on an end portion of the outer sleeve and expanded so as to correspond to the tube expansion tube of the aluminum refrigerant tube. The tube expansion portion of the aluminum refrigerant tube is formed to have a first tube expansion portion, which is formed to be inclined at a first inclination angle with regard to the longitudinal direction, and a second tube expansion portion, which extends from the first tube expansion portion, and which is formed to be inclined at a second inclination angle that is larger than the first inclination angle. The inner gasket portion of the inner sleeve is formed to have first and second gasket portions corresponding to the first and second tube expansion portions of the aluminum refrigerant tube. After an end of the aluminum refrigerant tube is inserted into the outer sleeve, and after the inner sleeve is inserted into the end of the aluminum refrigerant tube, the nut portion of the fastener and the bolt portion of the connection body are screw-fastened such that the inner pressurization surface of the connection body contacts the inner surface of the gasket portion of the inner sleeve, and such that the outer pressurization surface of the fastener contacts the outer surface of the gasket portion of the outer sleeve.
