Abstract:
An aluminum smelting furnace which incinerates waste containing useful metal such as aluminum using scrap tires as fuel recovering the aluminum from the waste. This furnace has a gas production oven having a fuel source of scrap tires, a combustion reaction chimney having a secondary air injection nozzle at the center, an aluminum smelting oven having an aluminum holding oven therein, sequentially connected, rails laid in the furnace to provide a truck for transporting the waste which has been incinerated said truck being driven and towed by a motor and a towing belt. The truck has a body having wheels, and a bed which can be tilted longitudinally by a rod at the center of the body. The bed slopes downward toward the top of the aluminum holding oven. When the waste is incinerated, the molten aluminum flows into the aluminum holding oven; then, the truck is pulled to the opposite end of the truck when the bed is tilted back, dumping the incinerated waste outside the apparatus. Thus, the entire process of smelting the aluminum, incinerate the trash, transporting and disposing of the incinerated residue is performed smoothly and efficiently, the recovery rate for the aluminum being relatively high.
