Abstract:

P-MOS FETs (21,22), which are used as amplifying elements for amplifying an input signal from a loop antenna (1), are directly connected to the loop antenna (1), whereby the input signal from the loop antenna (1) can be received by the p-MOS FETs (21,22) with high impedance. In this way, the necessity of using a transformer or the like for converting to high impedance is eliminated and the necessity of raising the impedance of the loop antenna (1) itself is also eliminated, thereby suppressing the occurrence of current noise.
