Abstract:
Provided is a novel compound which has excellent Aβ aggregation inhibition effects and is useful as a drug.
The present invention is an amide compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof.
(In the formula, Z is CH or N, A and B are the same or different and is -CH2-, -O-, -S-, or -NH-, R1 and R2 are the same or different and is a branched chain alkyl group, a branched chain alkenyl group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, an aralkyl group which may have a substituent, a cycloalkyl group which may have a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group which may have a substituent, and R3 is a branched chain alkyl group, a branched chain alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group which may have a substituent, or an aralkyl group which may have a substituent.)
