Abstract:
Disclosed are an amide compound as represented by formula I, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The disclosed amide compound has selective inhibitory activity on Nav1.8 and can be used as a selective inhibitor for Nav1.8. The compound has better activity, higher selectivity and fewer side effects. The compound can be used for treating, preventing or controlling diseases associated with Nav1.8 channel involvement or dysfunction, and has significant clinical application value.
