Abstract:
Proposed are compounds of general formula (I), where R1 is Н, benzyl, C1-C4-alkyl; R2 is H, OH, OR6; R3 is СООН, CN; R4 is H, OC1-C4-alkyl, halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, COOC1-C4-alkyl, NHC(X)R7; R5 is С3-С6-cycloalkyl, C5-C6-aryl, C5-C6-heteroaryl, NHС1-С4-alkyl, NHС1-С4-haloalkyl, NHС3-С6-cycloalkyl, NHC5-C6-aryl, NHC5-C6-heteroaryl, OC5-C6-aryl, where С5-С6-heteroaryl is a 5-6-membered aryl with 1 or 2 heteroatoms selected from the group O, N, S; R6 is C1-C4-alkyl, C(O)C1-C4-alkyl; R7 is С1-С4-alkyl, С1-С4-haloalkyl, OC1-C4-alkyl, С3-С6-cycloalkyl, C5-C6-aryl, C5-C6-heteroaryl, NHС1-С4-alkyl, NHС1-С4-haloalkyl, NHС3-С6-cycloalkyl, NHC5-C6-aryl, NHC5-C6-heteroaryl, OC5-C6-aryl, where С5-С6-heteroaryl is a 5-6-membered aryl with 1 or 2 heteroatoms selected from the group O, N, S; X is O, S; and stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a method for producing said compounds, and the uses thereof as drugs and as a component of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases, and also a method for treating ophthalmic diseases using a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of formula (I).
