Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a series of amide derivatives of formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a use thereof in serving as prostaglandin E2 receptor 4(EP4) antagonists. The preparation of the amide derivatives of formula I is described in the present invention, wherein G, X, R1, R 2, R 3, R 4, R 5, R 6, and an A ring are as defined in the present invention; and the use of the amide derivatives is disclosed. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of formula I or serving as an EP4 antagonist, and a use thereof in cancer and immune-related diseases, comprising but not limited to alleviating pain, inflammations, and other inflammation-related diseases such as arthritis, and treating cancer such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer.
