Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound having an activity of suppressing an immune response and having reduced adverse side-effects and, therefore, useful in a chemotherapy for preventing or treating a wide variety of autoimmune diseases or chronic inflammatory diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, type-I diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, biliary cirrhosis, uveitis, multiple sclerosis and other disorders, cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, or resistance or rejection occurring after the transplantation of an organ or tissue. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A novel amine compound having a S1P1/Edg1 receptor agonistic activity, a possible stereoisomer or racemate of the compound, a pharmacologically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate of the compound or the stereoisomer or racemate, or a prodrug of the compound, the stereoisomer or the racemate or the pharmacologically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate.
