Title:
AMINO ACID DERIVATIVE FLUORESCENT POLYMER AND FLUORESCENT PROBE EMPLOYING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/129901
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
With the goal of distinguishing between normal cells and pathological cells, such as cancer cells, by means of fluorescent imaging, there is provided a fluorescent probe having specificity to pathological cells. This probe employs a polymer having affinity to water, or having changeable affinity to water, wherein the polymer includes an amino acid derivative monomer as a monomer constituting the polymer, and has a fluorescent substance bonded thereto.
