Title:
AMINO ACID MIXTURE HAVING COAMORPHOUS STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/262455
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a means for increasing the solubility of even a poorly soluble amino acid without changing to an expensive peptide and also without changing the pH, and is characterized in that at least two kinds of amino acids have a coamorphous structure.
