Abstract:
This amino acid production system may comprise: a plurality of preheaters which heat a process solution in which amino acids are mixed and which are connected to each other via a plurality of pipes; and a plurality of evaporation chambers which evaporate the process solution heated by the plurality of preheaters, through heat exchange with a heat source, and which are connected to each other via a plurality of pipes. In this regard, one of the plurality of evaporation chambers may discharge an amino acid concentrate from which water has been removed through evaporation, to the outside via a discharge pipe. The discharge pipe may be selectively connected to one of the plurality of evaporation chambers.
