Abstract:
An acylborane represented by general formula (1) and a method for producing the acylborane. (In the formula, each of R1 and R2 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a protecting group, a peptide residue, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group or an acyloxy group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group or an optionally substituted aryl group; and R4 represents a -B(MIDA) group, -BF3K group or a -B(ORA)(ORB) group (wherein each of RA and RB independently represents a hydrogen atom or the like). In this regard, however, R1 and R3 may combine with each other and form a ring together with a nitrogen atom and a carbon atom, to which R1 and R3 are respectively bonded.)
