Abstract:

Aminocycloalkane compounds represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof wherein Ar represents optionally substituted phenyl or thienyl; X represents cyano or carbamoyl; R¿1? and R¿2? each independently represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc. or R¿1? and R¿2? together with the nitrogen atom bonded thereto represent (II) (wherein R¿3? represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.); and m is 2, 3, or 4. The compounds have a highly selective antagonistic action on a muscarine M¿3? receptor.
