Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are an aminopeptidase for catalyzed synthesis of dipeptide and a preparation method and application therefor. Said aminopeptidase is an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2; For the preparation of the enzyme, first a genetic engineering stream for the enzyme is contructed, all genes are are synthesized into enzyme genetic segments, and the segments are linearly reorganized by using a restriction endonuclease Sal I and then granulated. The genetic engineering strain constructed in the present invention may catalyze histidine and β-alanine to efficiently synthesize carnosine.
