Abstract:
A reformer (27) includes a reforming catalyst (27a) which burns ammonia gas; an ammonia engine (2) includes an intake manifold (13) which is connected to an intake pipe (3) and into which air is introduced, and an exhaust manifold (14) which is connected to an exhaust pipe (4) and which discharges exhaust gas; a reforming device (20) is positioned above the intake manifold (13); a reformed gas pipe (24) connects the reforming device (20) and the intake manifold (13) and is disposed in such a way as to descend from the reforming device (20) side toward the intake manifold (13) side; and the exhaust pipe (4) has a discharge port (4a) through which the exhaust gas is discharged, and is disposed in such a way as to descend from the exhaust manifold (14) side toward the discharge port (4a) side.
