Abstract:
An ammonium ion concentration detection system (200), comprising a sampling device, an acid-base regulation device, an ammonia gas generation device, and an ammonia gas detection device that are sequentially connected. The ammonia gas detection device comprises a detection pool (213), an absorption fluid, and a sensor. When being applied in the field of dialysis, the detection system introduces a dialysate to the ammonia gas generation device by means of the sampling device, converts ammonium ions into ammonia gas by regulating the pH value, transfers the ammonia gas to the ammonia gas detection device by means of a negative pressure pump or gas circulation pump, and detects ammonium/ammonia concentration according to the changes in features such as conductance and pH value. The method can detect the ammonium ion concentration in a dialysate with an excessively low detection limit, and can be used for the online detection of the ammonium concentration in a dialysate.
