Abstract:
An AMOLED display panel, comprising a plurality of pixel structures (2a) arranged in an array, with each of the pixel structures (2a) comprising a red sub-pixel (R), a green sub-pixel (G) and blue sub-pixels (B1, B2), wherein the blue sub-pixel (B1) in an odd-numbered column of the pixel structures (2a) has a first light-emitting peak wavelength, the blue sub-pixel (B2) in an even-numbered column of the pixel structures (2a) has a second light-emitting peak wavelength, and the first light-emitting peak wavelength is less than the second light-emitting peak wavelength. With regard to a drive method and a drive apparatus for the AMOLED display panel, the method specifically comprises: determining whether blue light saturation of a picture frame to be displayed reaches a saturation threshold value (S2); if so, corresponding to the blue sub-pixels (B1, B2) in the picture frame, only driving the blue sub-pixel (B2) with the second light-emitting peak wavelength for display (S31); and if not, corresponding to the blue sub-pixels (B1, B2) in the picture frame, driving the blue sub-pixels (B1, B2) with the first light-emitting peak wavelength and the second light-emitting peak wavelength for display at the same time (S32).
