Abstract:
Provided are an AMOLED display substrate, a method for manufacturing same, and a display device. The AMOLED display substrate comprises two storage capacitors connected in parallel. An active layer (1) of a TFT and an electrode (3) of a newly added storage capacitor are formed by means of a one-step patterning process. The electrode is made of a conductive material, so that extra processing such as conductive treatment is not need. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simplified and the costs are reduced.
