Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an amorphous alloy golf club head and and a manufacturing method therefor. The club head is integrally cast from an amorphous metal material, the club head comprising: a neck portion for bonding a club; a hitting panel connected to the bottom of the neck portion; a peripheral wall body located behind the hitting panel, the hitting panel and the peripheral wall body forming a back concave cavity; a cushion block being embedded in the peripheral wall body and used for reducing the cast thickness of the peripheral wall body, wherein several pillars are arranged on the cushion block, one end of each of the pillars is fixedly connected to a cushion block body, and the other end of the pillar has an exposed surface or exposed segment being not wrapped by the peripheral wall body mentioned above; and an adjusting member cooperating with and connected to the pillar to adjust the fitting degree between the cushion block and the peripheral wall body. In the present invention, the golf club head is integrally cast from an amorphous alloy, and the technical problem of an amorphous alloy golf club head made from an existing amorphous alloy easily forming an amorphous and crystal composite is solved.
