Abstract:
An amplification circuit (1) according to the present invention comprises: source-grounded amplifiers (20, 30); and a neutralization circuit (40) that is connected between the drain terminals and gate terminals of the source-grounded amplifiers (20, 30) and that neutralizes the feedback capacitance of the source-grounded amplifiers (20, 30), wherein the neutralization circuit (40) has a transmission line and a capacitor that are connected in series. An amplification circuit using a neutralization circuit can be achieved in a superhigh frequency band.
