Abstract:
An amplification circuit is configured so as to be provided with a first amplifier (3) for amplifying a signal subject to amplification, an output matching circuit (4) for propagating the signal after being amplified by the first amplifier (3), and a second amplifier (7) for amplifying the signal that propagated through the output matching circuit (4), the output matching circuit (4) is a lumped constant circuit provided with a plurality of lumped constant elements, the plurality of lumped constant elements transforming the impedance as viewed from the first amplifier (3) towards the second amplifier (7) side when the output electrical power of the second amplifier (7) is lower than the saturation electrical power so as to be greater than the impedance as viewed from the first amplifier (3) towards the second amplifier (7) side when the output electrical power of the second amplifier (7) at the saturation electrical power.
