Abstract:
Provided is an amplification method for pancreatic cells. The method comprises successively performing digestion treatment, resuspension treatment, discontinuous density gradient centrifugation treatment and amplification treatment on pancreatic tissue. The method uses mammalian pancreatic ducts as the source of pancreatic precursor-like cells, and removes islet cells and acinar cells in the resulting cell cluster after discontinuous density gradient centrifugation. The amplification medium used comprises a reprogramming material consisting of several small molecule compounds. Also provided are a differentiation method for the pancreatic precursor-like cells obtained by the amplification method and use thereof.
