Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an amplifier circuit, a comparator, and a solid-state imaging device that can suppress RTS noise. [Solution] An amplifier circuit according to the present disclosure comprises: an active load; and a plurality of input transistors electrically connected to the active load, wherein the gates of the plurality of input transistors are electrically connected to each other, and the plurality of input transistors include two or more input transistors connected in series with each other.
