Abstract:
An amplifier circuit (1) is provided with: an input terminal (10) to which a high-frequency signal is input; an amplification transistor (20) which has a control terminal and amplifies the high-frequency signal; a bias circuit (40) which includes an emitter follower circuit or a source follower circuit and supplies a bias current to the control terminal of the amplification transistor (20); an inductor (50) disposed in series between the emitter of the emitter follower circuit or the source of the source follower circuit and the control terminal of the amplification transistor (20); and a variable resistance circuit (70) connected to the inductor (50).
